Just got myself a MKII and loving it! Using it for live stuff and it's sounding great. My main issue is when I'm transitioning through songs, I've been using the 'bank' function which is working OK but the changes are abit sudden and blunt between tracks.

All the sounds were coming fr When I discovered this technique I was amazed, I wanted to build a MIDI learn module with Arduino for ages, then I realize the Octatrack is capable of such a thing, in a very easy and fast way.

I'm not keen on the Octatrack's reverbs so I have it set up in this manner with a cheap little TC Electronic M100 which has some surprisingly lush reverb algorithms on it. So my Octatrack sits on my studio desk with some synths routed into it, and sequencing a few things, for the past couple of months I was ‘using it’ but I was thinking maybe I could replace it.
